I stopped in Springville NY to rent a van and the only thing she said was they didn't have one. Then turned me away. The gentleman in Arcade NY was awesome. Went above and beyond. He said he didn't have one but he would request one or help me find one. I ended up booking out of Delevan NY. All the people there were GREAT. Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Arcade and Delevan NY uhaul.

I filled out the application on line so I could save time and just give them my reservation # but when I got there I had to do it all again and give them my ID and my credit card again so I don't understand why I had to do it twice it was definitely waste of my time and put my a half hour late for what I wanted the truck for
Dawn KI was not physically at the location but: I was charged for fuel after filling the truck to the level I started at. I was not happy about that! They were closed when the truck was left.
