The facility was supposed to be open until 6:00 pm on Friday the 16th. I called and confirmed they were open until 6. I arrived at the site at 5:30 to drop off a one way truck rental and they were closed. I had to use the app and it kept giving me an error message when trying ton finalize the drop off. I was finally able to complete it but would have been much easier if they had been open like they were supposed to be.

WILLIAM PI never received a final receipt. I had to ask him if my sale was closed out he said yes but never got an email. I had to do an email chat to confirm it was closed out.
