marajuana buts in ashtray we did not find until we drove through Kansas and Oklahoma where this is illegal and could have landed us in jail had we been pulled over. Filthy truck inside and out. Ordered moving pads and there were none and took almost an hour to get the truck. We were the only people there for a truck rental. Never again! Have been to a regular UHaul business and had the opposite experience-quick and painless, clean truck and customer service excellent. I recommend no U Haul business at this location!!

The van was the best I had ever rented from U-Haul. The agent who handled my rental was great. This was the best experience renting a U-Haul I have ever had. And, that does not mean the other times were bad. Overall, renting from any U-Haul has been fine. But, this time was exceptional.

Sai (the gentleman at the Conoco in Denver, where I dropped the uhaul off) was very nice and helpful throughout the drop off process. Ending the experience with such a nice employee was great.

The gas attendant SAI was very helpful and efficient. The van was low on oil. Otherwise everything was great.

the representative that. waited on me at pick up and return didn't speak English very well and couldn't operate the computer systems. these were two different reps and it took almost 2 hours to rent and almost 2 hours to return. I will never use this location again.

It took over an hour to get my truck. I was charged the wrong amount (extra day). Was quoted a different price over the phone then they wouldnt honor the price. will never rent from Uhaul again. It cost me $125 to use it for 22hours and drove $37 miles.

I chose this pick up site due to proximity to Denver International Airport. The night before the pick up, the owner contacted me to recreate the reservation as it had somehow been deleted on their end. I provided the info and also explained I was flying into Denver that morning and would be coming straight to the store to pick up. She requested I call her when I landed at the airport. When I did that on pick up day at 11am, she reassured me the rental was all ready to go. This was important as I had a tight timeline and needed to pick up the truck then head to a storage unit 45min away where hired movers would be meeting me to load up the truck so I could hit the road very early the next morning. When I arrived at the pick up location the reservation was NOT ready and the owner nor the Uhaul rep (Kareem) could pull up the reservation on the computer. After 30 minutes of waiting, I asked what the problem was and was not given an answer. Eventually, I was informed that the printer was not working to print my contract but I could find it in my email. I do not know why this solution was not offered much earlier. As I grabbed the keys, I was informed the furniture pads I'd reserved were not available! The Uhaul rep on site said he would call a coworker at a different Uhaul site (4800 Colorado Blvd, Denver, CO) and tell them to provide me with furniture pads. I went straight to that store and no one at that store was aware of who I was or that I should be given furniture pads. When I contacted the owner of the original pick up site, she offered no solution and would not let me speak to her Uhaul rep. As I was in a hurry I made a completely separate reservation for furniture pads with this second store and left. I would like to note the employees at this second store were incredibly helpful and worked quickly which I appreciated. I also am not clear if I was charged for a 17' or 20' truck. My original reservation was a 17' truck but the owner at the pick up site said I was "upgraded". My contract appears to have charged me full price for the 20' truck though. Overall I would NOT recommend the 3895 Peoria St location. It was incredibly stressful for what I consider an expensive experience.

The rentals seem secondary to the convenience store/gas station operations. So it takes time when they are busy (especially if only one person is working). So if you are in a hurry, I would tell someone try somewhere else. The people are nice, just not very competent in regards to U-Haul service(s).
