Keys had not been left for counterless pick up, and I believe this was intentional and not accidental. No apology or care that this delayed my trip 1.5 hours. The individual giving me the rental filled out everything on his own phone and did not give me the drop off location I had already selected. This resulted in me being assigned a drop off location I did not want and more hours lost on hold with U-Haul trying to correct.
