This was my second or third time using this location, and unfortunately my most recent visit was the worst. When signing the U‑Haul out, it took the staff member more than eight attempts just to take a picture of my driver’s license. After that delay, the truck I received was dirty, smelly, and clearly not cleaned. If I hadn’t been on a tight schedule, I would have taken my business elsewhere. I will not return to this location. I was also charged a $24.75 mileage fee, and I would like to know exactly what that charge is for. I hope this fee is consistent with what I’ve been charged at other U‑Haul locations, because I would hate to think this is how U‑Haul chooses to serve my community.

abraham iIt’s a beauty supply store. Oftentimes have to wait while they wait on their store customers before they assist you. The truck wasn’t cleaned of snow and ice prior to my arrival. I was often asked to step aside so staff can ring up the store customers before fully assisting me. I felt like I was not important and yet I was spending more than all the customers combined. I hated this location.
