I didn’t even rent this U-Haul. Yet they rented to some in my name. I called to let them know they said they’d fix it. No fixes , someone was able to rent in my name, they also exposed all of my personal information including home address phone number and email. None of them seem to care.

Jose AI only drove the truck for 5 Miles as appears in the records and they charged me 29 dollars for 5 gallons of gas, is not true I didn’t spent a single gallon
