We came by to check the location after being reassigned. We looked at 1of the trucks and were told that was the truck we would be assigned. When we returned the following day we ended up with another truck and the original was gone. Stated that corporate made the change. Was not pleased .

Nothing, this gentleman bailed me out of tough situation when another location failed to provide the truck I had seen and reserved.
Ricky TThe fuel amount in the tank was wrong and I did what he said di and was still charged for leaving gas where it was when I picked it up. I'm renting another one this weekend. I'm hoping I don't have the same problem again. But the truck was clean and operated as supposed to.
