They had the truck we reserved, that was the only good thing about this experience. I was under the impression they might possibly have it thawed out for us. There was literally an inch or so of ice on windshield, and couldn't open the back at all, So had to chisel it open. So basically the worst customer experience other than it being there. They had plenty of time to thaw it out and make sure we could get into the back. Go to Bangor. They might care about their customers there. Might cost more miles, but at least they might thaw the damned truck out beforehand, costing precious time getting moved
