Positives - trucks available, once I figured out where the keys were kept it was easy to get the key Negatives - key box was left unlocked from previous user, key box was very difficult to open to return the key, truck was dirty - previous user left trash in the cab
David BThe self pickup process is a nightmare and needs to be fixed. Makes no sense that uhaul needs to call one of my friends. Also I was with my friend who picked up when they called and the agent said he didn't pick up and I would need a new contact. Lost an hour of my day to that.
