The pickup location was not staffed with employees so the app was needed to process pick up. There was limited cell service at this location which made using the app difficult and time consuming.
Laura MWhat I ended up paying versus what I was quoted where a $100 difference almost. I can't even call uhaul to make sure I didn't get the wrong trailer, because it's hours long wait. When I do get through there's a two minute wait and then I get hung up on.

Matthew EThis is an unmanned drop off point; that I’ve used several times, very convenient and appreciated! The yes for were personnel helpful is because I took care of everything at the drop site, and yes it is great that U-Haul trusts their customers to drop equipment off at unmanned destinations; I really, really appreciate that! Bravo! That said, looks like I may be charged for an extra day of travel/use because I dropped it off a couple hours after a due time?. It was my understanding that I could drop off on the final day morning/afternoon, not by an exact time, as this is an unmanned location. As well, I did fold and include the six blankets. And no, there was no one there waiting for this trailer, in fact there was at least 1 6x12 on-site plus several 5x8, and 2 utility trailers, plus a couple of trucks. I am a veteran and staunch customer of U-Haul, and to be charged for dropping the trailer a couple hours past a due time, is a low blow, given there was plenty of rental equipment at the drop off site, and I’ve never had a problem like this, that I can remember over the decades I’ve been a customer. Very disappointing.
