Chris was outstanding with customer service! He was polite and very skilled and helped get the trailer lights working by showing me where there was some corrosion on the terminals on my car. Cleaned out with sandpaper, they worked fine. All uhaul employees should model themselves like Chris!

TAMRA CThe pickup location was not staffed with employees so the app was needed to process pick up. There was limited cell service at this location which made using the app difficult and time consuming.
Laura MWhat I ended up paying versus what I was quoted where a $100 difference almost. I can't even call uhaul to make sure I didn't get the wrong trailer, because it's hours long wait. When I do get through there's a two minute wait and then I get hung up on.
