I had a disappointing experience with this U-Haul location. The truck I received was not well maintained—there was trash left inside from a previous user, and the vehicle itself had visible damage. It also clearly needed new tires, which made me uncomfortable during the drive. Although I ended up using the truck due to limited availability, the entire process was stressful and did not feel worth the price I paid. While the truck ultimately got the job done, I would not recommend this location based on the condition of their equipment and overall experience.
Dawson CAll the uhauls were covered in snow and ice and the parking area was also covered in at least a foot of snow. I called the owner 5 times without an answer and on the 6th time he finally answered and I explained to him that we spent 30 minutes trying to get it out of the parking lot and that the milage and gas were messed with bc of not being able to get the truck out. He said and I quote “ trucks fine, you’re fine, have a great day” and hung up. I retired the truck on time and put gas back where it was and still was charged with a fuel charge. It was the WORST experience I’ve ever had with UHaul.
JOSIE GThe online process was very concerning for me and I have to keep getting Verification codes for every little thing was so annoying and if you made mistake and you try to go backwards it would take you back to the very first screen that was annoying but as far as the truck it was clean but the tire sensor light was on continuously the engine light was on so it made me a little weary of the tire pressure.. but other than that it was a it was fine experience
