Drop off was a little confusing. I followed instructions on the door to leave key with business next door, but evidently they did not check it in properly The owner was fantastic and assisted us with check in over the phone. They were extremely accommodating

The key wasn't in the correct box, so I had to call customer service to get help. Not a big deal, but it was cold and annoying. Otherwise, everything was great. I really like the ability to check out a truck at eight P.M. and return it a few hours later.

JOHN WOnly thing is was not told about using the link to verify condition of the truck and so on, I was handed the keys and told have a nice day. The link expired before I could use it later on. I returned the truck with fuel requirements met and with no damage.
