Please inform your customers that they will receive a link via text message to upload photos of the rental truck/van to be taken on your lot before driving away. I was not told this and I did not receive the text until I reached my first stop. I was accused of breaking a tail light and couldn’t prove it was broken when I picked up the truck in the U-Haul lot. Fortunately, a regional manager investigated the damage claim and I was cleared of responsibility. I applaud management for their honesty and willingness to investigate the claim.
