Karen MThe Uhaul broke down in a remote area. I fixed it. The location was closed and gated on the weekend, when I was due to return it. I was charged over $100 for the extra time even though I could not return it to a gated lot with nobody there. I woukd like that extra refunded. If not, I will pursue the return of my $ in small claims court.
