I’m still waiting on my refund of sixty-seventy dollars that wasn’t returned to me yet All I used was a Dolley for a few hours and returned it

This was not the location I booked...I was told this was the one nearest to me...because of this I was nervous and chose the early pick up time just in case of a hiccup. When I arrived I had issues...had to call customer service because the person in the store did not want to give me the truck with the information I had in my email. He tried not to give me the truck without a copy of my drivers license. Customer service had to fight with him as well stating I was good to go. I was never given anything for all of my hardships and calls. I needed the truck a few more hours and was not given a discount. Overall this one experience was a nightmare
Anita KThis place is subpar. Customer service is terrible. Failed to comprehend how the mobile app works. No computer in sight to check reservations. He also used his personal phone to take a photo of my drivers license. Which I found out he wasn’t allowed to do. Now I feel uneasy that this guy has a photo of my license. Thankfully Uhaul has great customer service and a great regional manager Aaron YANEZ . Who took care of this Disaster of a rental. Will NEVER use this location again. Another customer who was behind me had this same problem too.
ANNJO RI wasn't able to get the keys to the truck till 12:15 45 minutes past my contracted pickup time the English speaking employee had to be contacted by cell phone but what is worse is U-Haul telephone operators I called prior to my pickup day to confirm and I was told I only had to give my phone number and let them swipe my credit card and I would get the truck but instead I was informed at the last minute that I had to upload pictures of the front and the back of my driver's license and I had to go out to the truck and take photographs of all four sides of the truck and upload them before they would give me the keys and I had laborer help waiting on the clock the whole time it heaped an incredible amount of stress on top of the normal stress of a move
peter jThe first location I went to drop off the trailer told me to "go away." She said they didn't have any room to drop off the trailer even though I parked it right next to one of their trailers. There was a very long line after she kicked me out looking to rent. One guy even asked if he could take my trailer because it was the size he was looking for. This location was also disgusting. Dirty, vaping, male enhancement products, and they took it to another level with a showcase of bongs. I then called Uhaul and they redirected me to another disgusting location with all of the above, bongs, and gambling machines. Again, not a place I would ever take my kids. The one guy who worked there behind the bullet proof glass did not speak any English at all. He had to call someone on his phone to talk to me which took a really long time. I really don't know what Uhaul is thinking partnering with these businesses. These locations are the bottom of the barrel, bordering on dangerous, and not a place you would take your family to.
