This place was a dump. Honestly it was also the most frustrating self service check in process to pick up the truck. Took us about 45 min just to get the keys due to errors with the app and having to call and wait on hold. The truck sounded like it was gonna lose a tire and it smelled like urine. Honestly I will never rent a truck from Uhual again as there are many other providers. We felt unsafe in this truck.

Customer service told me One thing and another thing happened just overall terrible from start to finish. Horrible everything I definitely would recommend Penske to my family and friends next time
