Gregory GThe 9 ft cargo van we rented was disappointing; it hadn’t been cleaned and still contained used cigarette butts. However, the worst part was the return process. An older staff member snapped at us out of nowhere, telling us, 'God d*mn, can you just park the car.' We were too exhausted to confront his rudeness and just wanted to be done. The only reason this isn’t a one-star review is because of the lovely lady at the desk, whose excellent customer service saved the experience.
FRANCIS LEverything was great. My only complaint was there should be a landing gear on the trailer should it need to be disconnected when loaded.

LAWANDA TThis is a family owned business. I had never driven a truck. Twice I felt comfortable talking with Judy Wade who was warm and accommodating. My only concern was my drive out interaction with Mr Wade. I was given no instruction or advice. But overall this was a good, fairly priced, experience.

ELWOOD PThis place was a dump. Honestly it was also the most frustrating self service check in process to pick up the truck. Took us about 45 min just to get the keys due to errors with the app and having to call and wait on hold. The truck sounded like it was gonna lose a tire and it smelled like urine. Honestly I will never rent a truck from Uhual again as there are many other providers. We felt unsafe in this truck.
