The man who helped us was rude and condescending towards my husband. If my husband asked a question the U-Haul man talked down to my husband and made him feel stupid. He was not pleasant at all to deal with.

Be more polite when speaking with the client over the phone .. the man that “helped me” over the phone when I called to ask for more time was rude and during a time where your already stressed and tired and trying to get things done that’s really the last thing you need from any one... maybe a little customer service training should help...

The only issue I had is that the lady who hooked up the trailer to my truck left the chains too long. I realized awhile down the road that they were dragging and probably sparking. That is a fire hazard!!

I was told the first 30 miles were free and I was charged 89 cents a mile. I was told a 17 foot truck was confirmed and I got there and there was only a 15 foot. The girls said there is no guarantees. I tried to rent the truck on Saturday and the reservation got screwed up. So today, my surprise, was getting a smaller truck which cause me more gas for 2 trips and more mileage cost. I don't think uhaul is ethical. Lyn Conner

After reserving a 20ft truck, 2 weeks in advance, to be in the town where I live and there is a dealer, I was called the day before and told I couldn't get one there because they were short of man power, so I had to have a 26ft truck and pick it up 10 miles in another town. Second time this has happened! I'm done with uhaul!!!!

Convenient location after waiting and calling several times. It would be helpful to have a reserved size available at closest to moving from location upon request. Although my move involved an Eagle Point from and to address, I was not confirmed for Eagle Point until the day of my move. I would have had to drive into Medford for pickup.

Reserved a truck one week in advance, hired movers, and checked in the night before and when I went to pick up truck at Table Rock Medford location I was told they had overbooked and truck not available. Told them movers were waiting($195/hr) and they found a truck several miles away in Eagle Point. Told they would give me a $50 credit for my troubles but never received it. Eagle Point handled things well but don’t think I would depend on U-Haul again. Employees are great. System failed. Disappointed in Co.
