Not tell them they can return to a different location and then tell them they have to go all the way back to the first one. Also we asked for an entire day and we were only giving 6 hours.
Miguel TI had to call three times to get in contact with the gentleman running the place.
John HCrew was excellent. They worked efficiently & took care not to damage anything..
James KI dropped off the truck and the app was glitching again for me to take pictures. Then I was charged for dropping off the truck early. I only needed this truck for a day and felt as if I was penalized for dropping it off early. I am not that happy with my overall experience.
