Take the time to properly inspect the equipment that's being rented out. The location was adequate and the gentleman we worked with was nice, However, we were given a car hauler that apparently had bad wheel bearings on one of the trailer tire. We had insurance on both the trailer AND the truck. When we crossed the border into Mississippi, the bearings seized up and the wheel burned off rim and everything. We called 24hr roadside assistance and ended up stranded on the interstate for 15-16hrs before a new trailer arrived. We were told we could get a hotel room and be reimbursed, BUT we couldn't leave the equipment without violating our contract. The overall response to our situation has been horrible. The original location has reimbursed us for the trailer but the response to our 15 hr ordeal with roadside assistance has been horrendous. If I can help it, we will NEVER use Uhaul again , nor recommend them to anyone!

John DTrailer had dirt in it from previous customers. Trailer itself was in good technical condition. The pickup location is a little weird: you have to call a number for the attendant to come to the property to hand over the equipment. This add to the overall pickup time.

BOBBY RNot tell them they can return to a different location and then tell them they have to go all the way back to the first one. Also we asked for an entire day and we were only giving 6 hours.
