The building is older, but it’s functional and does the job. The customer service was excellent — very friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. He helped me carry boxes and even came out to chat when I returned the truck. Great experience overall.

There was no person on site when I picked up or dropped off, but I worked with the owner over the phone and everything went smoothly. Driveway access was difficult given deep snow was not removed, but I had 4wd, so I was still able to get to my rental trailer.
