The customer service rep was very short with me. He acted like I never rented before. Was very gruff. The locking mechanism on the rear of the truck was so rusty it was extremely difficult to open or close.

Kathy K.I was charged for insurance that I did not select, i had declined the $15 coverage option yet charged for it. They did not give a paper receipt at pick up or drop off, noticed on emailed receipt after return. I rent very often, frequently, and never an issue until I came to this location. I will avoid this location specifically for all future rentals.
