Kyle went above and beyond to help me use the truck I rented. Step by step instructions were sent to my phone along with pictures for each step. When the app messed up, he quickly stepped in to get me some help with accessing the keys so that I could be on my way. All in all, this was the best U-Haul experience I've had (and I've moved several times over the last few decades). I will recommend this location to anyone I know who will be moving.
