Rock BReserved a truck two weeks in advance at a sherwood park location. When I showed up the truck was not there. Had to call multiple Uhual places to find one, as I had one day to move. Said they would credit on my account and then proceed to overcharge for me for a smaller truck. No discount or credit applied. Uhual needs to have better organization in place and follow through with their agreements instead of screwing people over!! Horrible and frustrating experience.
