Reserved a truck two weeks in advance at a sherwood park location. When I showed up the truck was not there. Had to call multiple Uhual places to find one, as I had one day to move. Said they would credit on my account and then proceed to overcharge for me for a smaller truck. No discount or credit applied. Uhual needs to have better organization in place and follow through with their agreements instead of screwing people over!! Horrible and frustrating experience.

Gordon BThe APP was awful to use. Was suppose to take photos prior and they wouldn't even save. Not very user friendly. I ordered a dolly and it wasn't even in the truck so it cost me $180 to go buy one. I will never rent another one parked at random locations with no one around to help. Ridiculous.
Eric DDid not have the furniture dolly I rented and paid for. They did, however, kindly allow me to take borrow the one they had for the store, provided I return it to the location before I left the city. However, I did not have the furniture dolly when I got to my destination because I had to return it. I don't know if this is on the location itself as much as a lack of inventory controls on U-Haul's side of the operation.
