The U-Haul was full of trash, not cleaned at all super smelly. Location was not helpful at all and pretty much told us to move the trash ourselves, also did not have a dolly ready for us at all….

Benjamin MAssociate made me go into the employee room to get the dolly myself. My neighbor who I don't know looking up my info claiming to work for U-Haul and know who I am had all of my contact info and was asking questions about where I was moving to and knew my exact location I have never met the guy in my life I feel this was an invasion of privacy and conflict of interest.
Jenelle RVery friendly.
