The staff were friendly and helpful. The uhaul truck was in great condition. The uhaul debit machine had technical issues but that seems to always happen at all uhaul locations.

Very cooperative lady at the counter
Manoj HI had a very disappointing experience at the U-Haul location inside Ezee Market in Millwoods. The person working there was completely unprofessional — no greeting, no proper welcome, and he wasn’t even wearing a uniform or nametag. When I asked for his name, he said it was “Garry”, but his attitude was extremely rude and disrespectful. This is not the kind of service anyone expects from U-Haul. I will never return to this location and would not recommend it to anyone. Very poor customer service
Mohamad SI got quoted and paid $170 for 135 Miles max, I only used 134 miles but they charged my credit card another $92 extra. This not acceptable!
