If you book at 20 ft for a weekend, please ensure that the required vehicle is available. I had to make due with a 15 ft when I was promised a 20 ft with my reservation. Otherwise, everything was good

This was not my preferred pick up location as I made a reservation for Grande Cache and was called after my local dealer was closed and given the Edson locatio as my only option to get a truck and had to downsize the trailer. My return trip took 6 hours instead of 10 minutes.

Donna CEvery U Haul location I've gone to, they ALL say 'you don't have a reservation' or 'sorry, can't find you in the system'. Same incident happened with drop off. Couldn't find my drop off until he called then randomly found it.
