Having no internet connection at the U-Haul office makes for an irritating and awkward situation for customers trying to comply with the rental paperwork.

EVERETT WThis is the second time to use the app for return of trucks and we have had problems both times and have to call Uhaul. We are both very computer savvy So this isnt the issue we are using iphones It kept telling us we had nothing to return People at store at pickup were very nice and helpful!!
