I added fuel and returned the truck with the same amount as when I left. I was told that it required 6 more gallons of gas for my round trip of 17 miles. Scam

JOSEPH CNot everyone will feel comfortable picking up at this location. I did, but I'd not send my wife, sister, Mom or young adult child there alone. It's fine in general, however it is essentially a junkyard-like truck repair shop and the driveway and parking area are not easy to navigate. The interior is as cluttered and in general disarray as the exterior. It does not look like or feel like a typical uHaul facility, and there are few if any signs that indicate that it's a uHaul location. The people are super friendly and welcoming, and the service was very efficient, so the overall process was smooth once the customer gets past the "first impression" aspect of the pick-up experience. I'd go back based on my overall experience, however 7 out of 10 people I suspect would feel less than comfortable picking-up and dropping off at this location.
Matthew CThe woman was extremely friendly the actual location was a complete and utter disaster extremely disorganized a complete mess and the location looked like a murder movie could be filmed there but like i said the woman who helped me was great.
