When I picked the van up it had a tire pressure light on and I was told it was an error and I know people that have the same prob so I trusted them and took the van , I had to put air in the tire twice while I had it , Soooo Why did I get charged $399. For a cargo van rental that is supposed to be $19.99 a day , I had it 3 days and I estimated 80 miles and I did not go over on the miles

Had to drive to another location where the remote pickup was not working. Took 90 minutes to get someone by phone to assist. Worst experience- would never recommend U-Haul and will avoid using in the future.
