I have used Uhaul at lease 5 times over the last 6 years. Most of the time it was a hassle free seamless experience. Not this time, due to way you have changed your business model. Why is it booking online "due to availlability" not having the location availablity change the day of pickup? Also, a phone confirmation of a appliance dolly . Not available when picked up. This was a game changer, but I was stuck . At $20 rental have some spares avaiilble at your locations! It is all about the service and availability, not necessarily the price.
