The online rental process didnt work i ended up waiting until 10 for the office to open and from there took over 30mins to get it finished then the online part wasnt working to take pictures of the phone i used 3 phones before i found one that would work to take finish the receiving part. Then When i dropped it off same issue even after downloading the app it wouldnt work so i returned it with no picture noone to check it in and just dropped keys in drop box by door. The truck sounded like it had a major exhaust leak especially when first starting.

It was clean. Tire was worn pretty flat and we had a trailer tire blowout. They did come replace it for free. That a great service. Though it really needed to be replaced before hand. And, I should have said something and had them replace it before hand.
