I had a great experience with the rental pickup and return. The gentleman who I presume was the owner checked me in and out. Everything was great until after I returned the truck. My daughter whose card was used got an over $9,000 charge from them which was declined. Fortunately my credit card was not used otherwise it would have gone through. This transaction was run about 15 to 20 minutes after I left. When I got home after receiving the notification I called and spoke to someone who couldn't give me an answer, took my number down for the owner to call me back and kind of mumbled something about maybe he had done something wrong. Long story short I never got a call back and about an hour after I called and spoke to him I received the actual receipt wherein there was a $77 refund. That seems like very shady business practices especially the fact that I did not receive a call back. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place because it seems like they are trying to do something shady on the back end. Had my card been used and that purchase gone through I wouldn't have even noticed because I don't look at my statements.

The online rental process didnt work i ended up waiting until 10 for the office to open and from there took over 30mins to get it finished then the online part wasnt working to take pictures of the phone i used 3 phones before i found one that would work to take finish the receiving part. Then When i dropped it off same issue even after downloading the app it wouldnt work so i returned it with no picture noone to check it in and just dropped keys in drop box by door. The truck sounded like it had a major exhaust leak especially when first starting.
Joe WIt was clean. Tire was worn pretty flat and we had a trailer tire blowout. They did come replace it for free. That a great service. Though it really needed to be replaced before hand. And, I should have said something and had them replace it before hand.
