Nobody there, no place to park the truck, totally sucked. I was supposed to drop it off at the full service location and then had it changed to the no service lousy location. Terrible way to end the rental….

How U-Haul Reviews WorkAaron was great. He assured me in hooking up the trailer and was extremely nice.
Paul NPickup location was far from my location and my dolly was cancelled since the location did not have one. I had to go to another location to get a dolly! They also couldn't print my receipt.
Larry RIt's a really small garage location on a small street. Never expected I would pickup a moving truck from a place like that. Also, it closed at 5pm, so I was racing to get there in time. And there was no way to reach them by phone. However, picking up the truck was very easy because i was the only customer at this shop. I don't like that I couldn't reach the shop to ensure that they would wait for me until I got there. But luckily made his way from downtown Denver very fast in order to make it by 5.
