Pickup location was far from my location and my dolly was cancelled since the location did not have one. I had to go to another location to get a dolly! They also couldn't print my receipt.

It's a really small garage location on a small street. Never expected I would pickup a moving truck from a place like that. Also, it closed at 5pm, so I was racing to get there in time. And there was no way to reach them by phone. However, picking up the truck was very easy because i was the only customer at this shop. I don't like that I couldn't reach the shop to ensure that they would wait for me until I got there. But luckily made his way from downtown Denver very fast in order to make it by 5.

ROY CAn out of the way location, I believe the address is listed incorrectly (at least v. GPS). The personnel were super helpful, so this is not a reflection on them--it was an easy drop off. In retrospect, I probably would have dropped off at the larger location that we drove by on the way to this location. Again, the location was unique, but the service was great.
