The online process was kind of a nightmare and will just either just use another service or plan my trip further in advance in person next time. For this location to be closed the day after Thanksgiving is a little ridiculous so this will not be an option in the future as well due their unpredictable hours. ~CCG

ANDREA JMake sure when parking UHauls that the batteries are in proper working order. Please indicate where the location of UHaul trucks are at this location. Due to confusing directions from U-Haul the trucks were hard to locate and in turn wasted us valuable time to load our valuables. Overall not bad just wasted us an hour on the phone getting help.
