On my checkout sheet , I did not have an address to return my uhaul. There is only an 800 number which I called.They sent me to place that had the gate locked even though he said I could return it after hours. It Explicitly says do not block driveways or gate , and that's where I would have had to leave the u haul. Had to find another place to leave it and was on hold for over thirty minutes to get hold of someone for them to update my paperwork , and then I got charged for extra mileage because I had to drive further to find a place to return it where I wasn't locked out! So for future reference , maybe make sure the place you're sending people don't lock the gate where you can't get in to return the u haul after hours
