Have tools to help change balls on hitches. Was told wheel satraps were great, to find out they were freed on the ends. Crank to raise and lower had no grease, so was very hated to use.
Todd JI got the wrong part number of the tow dolly and at the return they did call me back to come back because they couldn't find it, so I hat to take to the service guy toe where I dropped it. Maybe make sure the rental vehicles match the full description and part number. The employees where super worm and helpful I would definitely refer them to all my friends.
DAVID MThe truck i reserved was not ready and was given a samaller truck. Half the size. There was no dolly either which also was reserved, that made us do 2 trips from Ennis to lancaster Tx causing me to incurr into an extra 80 dollar surcharge upon turning unit back
Ramiro AThe online process was kind of a nightmare and will just either just use another service or plan my trip further in advance in person next time. For this location to be closed the day after Thanksgiving is a little ridiculous so this will not be an option in the future as well due their unpredictable hours. ~CCG
