This little gem of a drop off facility was so convenient! I grew up in this area and I never even knew it was there. I simply parked the truck and left the keys in the drop box. It couldn't have been easier. The next day I got a detailed statement showing the mileage used, fuel tank level, and breakdown of any additional charges (there were none). This was a welcome end to a very long day of moving. Thank you, Goodwin Auto!
SANDRA GWhen I pulled in, the truck was to the right, next to a building. There are around 4 buildings in the area with cars and trucks all around. I walked all around the buildings trying to find where the lockbox was. I finally found it on my last building. The truck was clean inside, but the driver's side mirror was stuck and I was unable to adjust it. I brought it to a mechanic to see if he could adjust it, but he couldn't get it to move either. It was dangerous to drive without being able to see. I was also picking up the truck out of state (I am from Mass) and was helping to move my daughter. I needed to have someone answer the phone to verify my identity. My other daughter was sleeping and everyone else was at work. I would have been prepared if I had been told that I needed to do that. I had movers coming to meet us and it took much longer than I anticipated.
