The pick up box service is hard to understand. Plz tell people if they are late picking up that they need to call because they can't use the app to get their reservation.

The Garage of Erie staff were extremely rude and difficult to deal with. I would not recommend this location for pick up.

Carlos CAgain, U-Haul changed my reservation by altering my drop-off location. Your computer system is horrible. There is no reason to alter pick up and dropoff locations with today's technology.
Brian HI was having issues completing the check in process through my phone. I called the number of the garage around 8 pm Saturday evening. The owner answered his phone and completed the process for me through his computer. He was a very pleasant individual to deal with and was extremely helpful.
