The person who runs this drop-off site was terrible to deal with. It is a random parking lot with the owner who also runs or works at a liquor store. The only instructions were to call what turns out to be the liquor store number when you arrive. When you google the location it says that it is open 24/7. Turns out there are specific hours for the drop-off location (I believe 10 am to 2pm). I was told that I could not drop off the vehicle that I registered to be drop off there even though the liquor store was open and the owner watched me pull up.

There wasn't a Dropbox so you had to talk to the liquor store employee and their priority is their store so you have to wait for them to finish helping everyone else
ETHAN PThis is a liquor store. The trucks are a across a parking lot half a block away. The guy at the counter is hard to understand. The milage was documented wrong so now I'm having to deal with that.
