There wasn't a Dropbox so you had to talk to the liquor store employee and their priority is their store so you have to wait for them to finish helping everyone else

This is a liquor store. The trucks are a across a parking lot half a block away. The guy at the counter is hard to understand. The milage was documented wrong so now I'm having to deal with that.
David SNot all rental information was provided, and the Dolly I requested wasn’t available. The location was hard to find, and instructions weren’t clear.

GERALD WAnswered the phone when I called to reserve. Was clean and ready for pick up. The Clear instructions when picking up vehicle and returning it were very helpful for me as my first time U-Haul experience
