Our pickup location was changed the morning of the reservation due to lack of equipment. When we got to the new location, we discovered we were missing the hand trucks we had reserved and the pickup location was closed.
William THad to knock on the door several times before anyone answered. Then the office is essentially in a house (or bc what used to be a house), and all kind of strange.
