I rented a one way trip with a car hauler trailer. I had the trailer for 3 days. The return facility does not open til noon so that was a problem for me. My rental was pick up on Tuesday, return Friday. I returned the trailer Thursday. A man there was helpful in helping unhook the trailer and told me it would be scanned in and I would get a receipt text to me. I left without taking any pictures of the return, I trusted the man. As of Friday morning I still had no confirmation of return. I called U haul and a young lady verified the trailer had not been checked in yet. I began to worry that my trailer had been stolen and I had no proof that I returned it. I road back over to the drop off location and the trailer was there. I took pictures and waited. About 2pm I called the facility and asked them to receive the trailer in before I got charged for another day. Within the hour I had confirmation that I returned the trailer. No big deal but allot of extra worrying on my side that should not have happened.

Yul BTruck was left on empty for me when I picked up. I had to call support to get the code for the key pickup
