Our pickup location was changed the morning of the reservation due to lack of equipment. When we got to the new location, we discovered we were missing the hand trucks we had reserved and the pickup location was closed.

Had to knock on the door several times before anyone answered. Then the office is essentially in a house (or bc what used to be a house), and all kind of strange.

Michael WCARGO TRAILER TIRES WERE ALL UNDER INFLATED WITH PSI ON ALL 4 TIRES. THE CARGO TRAILER LIGHT STOPPED WORKER AND CASESD ISSUES DRIVING BACK ON i-75 BACK TO FLORIDA. I WAS VERY DISSATIFED AS A CUSTOMER. NO PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE CHECKS WERE CONDUCTED ON THE TIRES/LIGHTING OF CARGO TRANSPORT TRAILER.
