I did not get the size truck that I reserved online. I wanted a smaller truck and was told when I got there that only the 20 foot truck was available. That means I had to pay for more gas and had a lot of wasted empty space in the truck. The reservation system should not have shown the smaller trucks as available if you weren’t willing to rent them to me.
