They should have been open to discussing the amount of gasoline in the tank. We left the interior as clean as it was when we got it but they charged for cleaning and gasoline top-up. These were undisclosed charges.

John PI would prefer if it had been full of gas when I picked it up so I needed to return it full. I was low 8 liters and it was about $1.70 a liter where i paid $1.29 a liter. Not a big deal but pick it up full and drop it off full would work better. This is a minor critique. I am extremely happy with my overall experience.
