Leonard SPlease, please stop with the excessive emails, texts and phone calls. I am at 8 emails, 3 phone calls and 4 texts. None of these are from my local dealer Warrens automotive. WHY? It is bordering on harassment. Everything went well. My dealer is great, but the constant barrage from U-Haul is not cool at all.
Brent DThe only issue I have with U Haul is, what’s the point of having a reservation for a certain unit and then being told that unit is not available on the day you need it. Isn’t that the only reason for having a reservation? So that you can get what you need on a specific day?
