Harriet BThe staff at the Fort St. John and Fairview U-Haul locations should ensure that the hitch size is properly checked and matched to the trailer before customers leave the lot. Driving on the highway with a trailer that is not correctly fitted can be dangerous and may cause the trailer to sway. I would also recommend additional customer service training for the manager at the Fort St. John airport location. Customers who are already dealing with a stressful moving situation should be treated with patience, professionalism, and respect. Improving both the safety checks and customer service experience would help future customers feel more confident and supported. The manager does not need to tell a customer that if she cannot reverse a Uhaul she shoukld not be driving a U-Haul
