I couldn't get the key to even use the truck but still charged a fee. There were no signs signifying it was a lock box or even a uhaul facility. So my time energy and frustration cost me $22 but a lesson to never use this location again. On a positive side the customer support was super helpful.
Denise GBest U-Haul dealer in the area. Ask for Damen. He is a real MANLY!!!! He lifted a 6x12 and hooked it up with no help. That thing had to be at least 500 pounds!!!!!
