Over the phone customer service needs serious attention. I called a booked a truck and trailer with a roughly $350 estimate. I was then called and said I couldn’t have what I booked and had to change it and was told it would be the same price. By the end of it I spent over $800 for something I was quoted less than $400 for. I understand people make mistakes but your people need to know what truck and trailer combos they can and can’t do and communicate that before proceeding. Overall it was a decent experience but the price change last minute is ridiculous and if I could have gone a different route I definitely would have

SHONDREA MThey were many dashboard lights on, including check engine. And you had to mash the breaks to get it to stop. I did know that it needed to be serviced before I took it but was told it was safe to drive.
