Online pickup was awful and did not work and there was an hour wait on the phone to talk to someone. This put us two hours behind for our entire day. We were also asked to bring it back within six hours and asked for a discount which they said they would due to two hour wait to pickup and the fact we still returned it early per request. Very disappointed in the entire process.

David HDriver side door has to be slammed multiple times before the ‘door open’ light goes off. The doors inner panel is loose so one has to lower the window manually, grab the metal part of the door to slam it.
