Overall, the experience was good, and the staff was nice. One negative: the vehicles were parked quite tightly together in the parking lot, so I had difficulty getting out.

Staff was an hour late so my 8am reservation turned into 8:45 so I was late bringing it back also my trip was all local pick up and drop off things and I got charged for 69mi 😳😳 thats an awful lot for just in town pick up and drop off between the college and the mall. Overall the truck did its job. Feel goudged tho
