Thomas MThe drivers door is couldn’t close properly, the speedometer was 15-20 miles off, the entire truck shook at 30. The truck was dirty and had cigarette ashes and heavy smell of it too. The key was bent and you really had to push and jimmy the key to start it. The absolute worst experience I’ve had with U-Haul.
