The customer service at this location was excellent. However, it was the THIRD location Uhaul routed me to, and I was driving to and from multiple towns trying to find the truck I rented in a heavy rainstorm. When I finally got to the third location, it wasn't the size I originally ordered, but it was at least a truck. The truck cabin smelled so strongly like vomit. It was horrible. But at this point, I was an hour behind, and moving states in a storm, so I just took it. The rest of the move was uneventful.
