The person helping me hook up the trailer did not connect the hitch to ball. It was not discovered until I arrived at another location to use the trailer. The gentlemen acknowledged it was his mistake but did not apologize for what could have been a very serious accident. He was also less than friendly or welcoming.Cira A.

while there was not trash, I expected the cabin of the truck to be wiped but it was not. the cub holder was nasty per my standards. had to borrow wipes of at u-hall location office to clean it myself before I could drive it.mustapha E.
Only problem we had was the truck I reserved wasn't available. We drove 200 miles to get that truck and it wasn't available. The 10ft ended up working but it was very frustrating. We had to go to three different locations to get everything. N Salem location was great and helpful, it's the overall U-Haul customer service we have a problem with. Roach's all over the bed of the truck and crawling out of where ramp pulled out. When I called they would refund money if we brought truck back. We had to get bug spray and deal with the roach's to make the move happen. It was horrible.david H.

Your 24/7 share program (corporate) was the worst online/phone experience I've ever had. Wrong truck, only half the equipment I ordered, terrible phone support, photos don't work on iPhone X - and all after several 15 minutes+ wait times. You need to get your shit together, really.Stephen P.

I had no cell reception, and I have AT&T, so the express check in took over 30 minutes, because of lack of a signal. It was an exercise of futility. I have decided express check out/in is not really express. it is checkout and checkin without anyone around to resolve issues. Made a mistake estimating gas level, the 1/8 of a tank less than I thought cost me 38.00. Excessive and I will seek other options the next time I have a move over long distance. Heaven forbid if something gets locked in the truck after check in on a Saturday evening. No answered the number on the business, so I have valuables that are going to have to be shipped to me on Monday. It was my mistake, but there was no backup alternatives, which I found unsatisfactory. My college junior is going to have show up first thing Monday morning to reclaim the possessions. I still haven't received a call back.Danny P.
