Put about 24 miles on the unit and had to put 8 gallons of fuel in it to fill up. Not sure it was actually full on pickup or the unit got three miles to the gallon with no idling. The gentleman at our rental location was very nice and helpful.

would recommend for convenience to this area. However, when we pulled in the 26 ft truck after normal business hours, due to the fact this was an electronic entrance location, we had difficulty parking the truck in the area that was not enclosed by the fence. There were 3 other shorter trucks that were parked in spaces that were sized for larger trucks, so we had to park parallel to the building in order for the drive way to be open for all other customers.

I called the haul on double springs road personally to rent from them. Arriving on Saturday morning I was told it was somewhere else. I WAS NOT HAPPY. THEN I WAS TOLD THEY HAD TRIED TO CALL ME! That was a lie. I will use a different rental company next time

The truck was dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke.

The cab of the truck I received was dirty. There was a toe nail near the seat and juice spilled down the door that was just left to dry. I had to personally clean the vehicle. In addition, the car dolly I received was to small for the car. The car nearly came off when we started driving. When I contacted the local customer service center in Tulsa, the lady literally said, "You just get the trailer that you get." This is the worst customer service situations I have ever had. What adds insult to injury is the the district manger from the area where we rented the equipment told me he would call me back when I originally called in to complain. I have not heard back from him and he has not answered any of my calls. I will never rent from UHAUL again or suggest them to anyone.

Having been a storage customer for approx. one year we have always been on time with our rent payments. We recently rented a truck to make our move to the new house. Your illustrious manager didn't appreciate our business enough to tell us that there would be a nearly $35.00 charge to pay our bill by using a debit card. That to me is a rotten trick and I feel that I should be reimbursed by "U-Haul" for that ridiculous charge. I could have very easily paid in a different manor had I been told in advance. First off I specifically asked if ALL fluids were checked and full upon taking the truck. and a auto transporter. The transporter was bad! it drove pulling sideways. So they had to call other locations for a good one and we had to drive across town to pick it up. Starting our trip later. Then as we started off we felt the power steering was low so bought some and added it. Then drove 5 hours the first day and in the morning checked it again and it was empty again. As we drove the second day the Auto Transport got a blow out tire. No fault of anyone. and the roadside help # was very efficient. But put us back at least an hour. Then a little while later the truck stopped shifting gears so we stopped and the transmission fluid was EMPTY! Now if I just drove it that way without checking it, it would have blown the whole transmission! My issue with this is I ASKED at the check out and they said EVERYTHING was Checked! Obviously it wasn't. All these delays did put our 19 hour trip into a 3 day stop and start driving trip. This cause us lost time and Expense!!! I have explained this to one Rep that called me during the trip. We did make it to our destination a day late but safe. I turned in the truck and transporter last night after hours and saw that we got a No Charge receipts emailed. We appreciate that and do hope it was do to the issues that we encountered! We just wanted you also to be aware of your equipment that is being given out without the proper inspections.
